Iris Walshin –-- President and co-founder of Martin Walshin, Inc. who, along with her husband, Martin, turned an idea into what Martin Walshin, Inc. is today. She is very involved with the business, and can be found in the office every day.
Bill Nowak –-- Vice-President –-- Bill has been with the company since 1978 and is familiar with every aspect of it. If you need a question answered, ask Bill. He and his wife of 24 years, Cathy, reside in Yonkers, NY. They have two children, Christine, age 21, and Bill, age 20, and their first grandchild on the way.
Mark Finkelstein –-- Sales Manager --– Mark is a graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in Business and Economics. He began his HVAC career at the age of 16, working for a large tri-state area wholesaler. Since 1995, he has been using his business expertise and sales experience as Sales Manager for Martin Walshin, Inc. He and his wife, Kathy, and their two children, Lindsay and Ryan, live in New Jersey.
Liz Glasser –-- Sales Dept. --– Formerly employed in the automotive field as an inside sales representative, Liz brought her sales experience to Martin Walshin, Inc. in 1999. She has made a smooth transition into the HVAC industry, using her exceptional customer service skills to make callers feel welcome. Liz and her husband Ken, married since 2002, are proud parents of their adorable son, Kenny, and residents of upper Westchester County, NY.
Sharon Pavan –-- Sales Dept. –-- Originally from the Midwest, Sharon has been with Martin Walshin, Inc. since 2002, but first came into the HVACR industry in 1987 as a member of the parts department of a major HVAC distributor in Connecticut. She has also worked for the service department of a large contractor, and as an inside salesperson in a small NY wholesaler, before finding a home at Martin Walshin, Inc. Sharon and her husband, Joe, live in upper Westchester County, NY.
Leroy Mack -–- Sales/Shipping & Receiving --– Leroy has been a fixture at Martin Walshin, Inc. since 1992. His outgoing manner and warm phone personality make him a favorite of many customers. Leroy and his wife, Aleyda, are married with one son.
Jose Gonzales –-- Shipping & Receiving/Sales --– Jose has been with Martin Walshin, Inc. for nine years, following time served in the U.S. Military. Jose and his wife, Carol, live in Yonkers, NY. He is the latest addition to our sales force, and also serves many other functions within the company.
Barbara Green –-- Office Manager/Accounts Receivable
Susan Litwin –-- Accounts Payable
We also have a full complement of warehouse personnel.
